If you've never been to Carolina Country Music Fest, let me paint you a picture real quick.

Eighteen acres of oceanfront. The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk stretched out in front of you. Ocean Boulevard behind you. Multiple stages firing all day and into the night. The smell of sunscreen and beer in the air, and somewhere in the distance, a headliner is about to walk out.

That's CCMF. And it's back June 4–7, 2026.

What Is CCMF, Exactly?

Carolina Country Music Fest is the largest four-day outdoor country music festival on the East Coast. It started back in 2015 and has grown every single year since. When it launched, CCMF drew around 20,000 attendees. Fast forward to today and those numbers look very different.

In 2024, Thursday's show headlined by Parker McCollum drew 34,000 fans. Friday brought 35,000 for Old Dominion. And Morgan Wallen's Saturday night show attracted nearly 37,000 people.

That's not a festival anymore. That's a small city showing up for four straight days.

The festival is organized by Full House Productions, a Charlotte-based company, and takes place every June at Burroughs and Chapin Pavilion Place, right in the heart of downtown Myrtle Beach.

The 2026 Lineup

This year's headliners are serious. Co-founder Bob Durkin put it plainly: "We've got two of the hottest artists in country right now, Post Malone and Riley Green, alongside two of the genre's biggest mainstays, Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton."

That's a solid four nights. And that's just the main stage — over 40 total artists perform across the festival grounds all weekend long.

Why This Festival Matters to Myrtle Beach

Here's a number worth knowing.

In 2023, CCMF generated $51.3 million in direct economic impact to the Grand Strand and supported 404 full-time equivalent jobs. City officials call it the largest single economic event on Myrtle Beach's calendar.

Hotels fill up. Restaurants are slammed. Retail shops see more business in four days than some see in a month. Almost every business in Myrtle Beach feels it. For locals, that's real.

Tips for First-Timers (and Reminders for the Regulars)

Register your wristband early. Will-call lines on Thursday evening can run 30–45 minutes at peak times. Pre-registered wristbands move significantly faster.

Hydrate seriously. It's South Carolina in June. Pack a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and a light poncho for pop-up thunderstorms.

Download the CCMF app. Set times are posted there first. You'll want the schedule in your pocket.

Book your hotel now. Hotels near the boardwalk fill up fast and rates spike close to June.

For the Locals: Here's Your Angle

If you live on the Grand Strand and have been sleeping on CCMF, here's what people from out of state already know: you're sitting on top of one of the best music festivals in the Southeast and you don't even have to drive far to get there.

Local discounts are available for the Thursday night kickoff concert while availability lasts. That's a great way to get a taste of the festival without committing to a full four-day pass.

And if you're not attending — just know your favorite restaurants and bars are about to have their best weekend of the year. Get your reservations in early.

CCMF 2026 runs June 4–7 at Burroughs and Chapin Pavilion Place, 812 N Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Tickets and parking at carolinacountrymusicfest.com.
